To keep you up to speed on “Hollub happenings,” we completed several fabulous custom homes in 2008 and a gorgeous spec home in St. Andrews Country Club.

We are thrilled that the home sold in November for 6.1million. We also are finalizing construction of a spec home in Pinecrest. This home is a sophisticated and elegant estate with timeless style and distinct key west architecture.
 

The home served as a stunning backdrop to Honey Shine’s Holiday Bazaar on November 21. The event raised over $8,000. for Honey Shine, a mentoring program of the Alonso Mourning Charities. Over 400 shoppers supported the event for a wonderful cause.
