Imported wood, marble, tile highlight Key West-style home.

Brazilian cherry wood, hand-painted tiles, carved glass and custom cabinetry are some of the materials Hollub Construction Group put to use to capture a Judge's Special Award for Interior Design at The Builders Association Of South Florida Best Awards. The Key-West style home in Pinecrest, 6,122 square feet in size is on a 184- by 209-foot landscaped lot. It features a raised seam galvanized metal roof and wraparound front porch.

The five-bedroom, five-bath floor plan also features a den and exercise room and a three car garage that can be converted into a two-car garage and an additional bedroom and bath.

A carved glass front door and stately foyer leads guests into a sky lit gallery that enhances the interior with natural light.

Imported marble flooring is featured throughout the living areas of the home.

The master suite features a spacious master bath with a glass block wall and imported marble vanity tops.

A private entrance allows residents to access the pool and patio from the master suite.

The living room, dining room and master bedroom have coffered ceilings.

The state-of-the-art custom kitchen features all wood cabinetry, granite counters and dual fuel, stainless steel appliances.

There is a walk-in pantry with room for an individual freezer.

The study features floors and a boxed beam ceiling made of Brazilian cherry wood.
