Harry Hollub
president / ceo, principal
“Relationships…it’s what Hollub Homes has been about for as long
as I can remember,” says Harry. He should certainly know. Harry
grew up on the job sites, accompanying his father from the time
he was a toddler. By age 6, Harry planted grass on the job sites
and at 13, he performed carpentry and tarred roofs. After
receiving an MBA from the University of Miami and working for
Ryder Systems as a Financial Analyst, he joined Hollub Homes
full time in 1986 after obtaining his contractor’s license.
Harry’s passion for building has him constantly looking for new
methods and materials to incorporate in his homes. However, it
is his straight-forward approach which has made Hollub Homes the
talk of the town.
Harry is credited with demystifying what can
be an overwhelming process of building a home or renovation. His
uncanny ability of connecting to his clients has made him a
sought-after builder in the marketplace. That coupled with his
unwavering demand for quality of workmanship has made Hollub
Homes, as one customer says, “different than any other builder
in the market!”
Harry is a near scratch golfer and an
outstanding Ultimate Frisbee player.

Helene Hollub
executive vice-president, principal
With life as her palette of colors, Helene continues to design
some of the most amazing custom home exteriors/interiors in
South Florida. She attributes the need of overall continuity as
the link to giving a homeowner a true sense of the inside and
outside of their home “working together.” And to think, all of
this started in 1986 with Helene going to job sites and coming
away with what she says is a “slightly different perspective on
how she would have done it.”
Well, soon enough she was doing it
all. From design and construction supervision, Helene ensures
that every minute detail of design is executed to perfection.
Her perspective on design is not the norm. She knows that as
“things evolve they remain the same.” This has given Helene the
opportunity to use new technology while incorporating materials
from around the world.
This allows her to do what she does best,
incorporate old with new and modern with eclectic. She loves
working with mediums not normally sold together and combining
non-traditional textures.
An avid outdoors person, Helene
captains her own boat and loves anything outdoors.

Robert Tenen
vice-president,
building operations
There are those who know how to build a house, then those who
deliver the absolute perfect home. Having been involved in the
building/construction/real estate industry for over 35 years,
there is no one in the business like Robert. His extensive
expertise in building custom homes has left an indelible mark
not only within the communities he builds, but with a very long
list of happy customers. His management of Hollub projects is
legendary and his customer service second to none.
Robert has been a part of the Hollub team for more than 15
years. Currently, he is responsible for all construction and
building activities for Hollub Homes, with primary
responsibility for all Hollub Homes operations in Broward and
Palm Beach Counties.

Amy Marcus Hollub
vice-president, real estate sales
Amy’s path to Vice President of Real Estate Sales for Hollub
Homes has taken her through two exciting professions, law and
real estate. After graduating from University of Miami Law
School in 1989, Amy practiced for 8 years, focusing on
commercial litigation and aviation insurance defense work. But,
inspired by the design and building of Hollub Homes, she finally
decided to join the family business.
Amy provides strategic
direction and oversight of the sales efforts including Hollub
Homes’ Customer Relations Management programs. Her knowledge of
the company’s prime building locations makes her an invaluable
resource to clients. This coupled with her relationships within
the real estate community ensure that Hollub clients get the
house and property they want.
Amy is very involved in the
community working with various non-profits and organizations.

Marvin Hollub
founder and advisor
(editor’s note: Since Marvin comprised most of the History
section, we chose not to be repetitive, but did want to add to
his bio.)
Marvin was a graduate from the University of Miami. He and Mimi have
been married for 54 years and he spends time with his five
grandchildren. Marvin’s a fitness buff who plays golf when his
shoulder isn’t sore. And you can still see him on the job sites
almost everyday, “just making sure everything is in order.”
